- Alberta to the rescue - Calgary Herald
Alberta and B. C. are expected to lead the rebound in MLS sales activity in 2010, says the Canadian Real Estate Association.
But first, the industry has to get through this year, in which sales will decline 16.9 per cent to 360,900 units.
These same two provinces will lead the decline this year, along with Ontario.
National sales activity is forecast to rebound by 9.9 per cent to 396,600 units in 2010, with the biggest increases seen in Alberta and B. C.
